Follow the A4 until you come to a large roundabout.
As you approach the roundabout there should be a B&Q on your left hand side.
Take the second exit off the roundabout - A315 - heading towards Chiswick. On the corner is a car showroom.
You are now on Chiswick High Road.

You should soon pass the Honda showroom on your left and then Gunnersbury Underground station on your right.
Once past the underground station you will be taking the second left onto Acton Lane.

You should soon pass Sainsbury on the right with Chiswick Park Underground station ahead of you.
At the mini roundabout in front of the station, take the second exit. This should pass you under a railway bridge.
Continue to follow this road - passing a park area and a church on you right.

At the end of this road are two mini roundabout. Turn right on the first roundabout and left on the second roundabout.
You are now on Bath Road.

The Church is approximately 300 metres on your right.
